The Ruskin Chamber of Commerce conducted a ribbon cutting ceremony for Skin Chic Inc. on Nov. 16. The event was hosted by Toll Brothers Homes in one of there model homes. Jennifer Anderson, Paramedical Aesthetician and Professional Makeup Artist, is owner of Skin Chic Inc.
